GPA Midstream Convention 2025
Basingstoke, UK – August 19, 2025 – Process Vision, the leader in real-time gas pipeline monitoring, is pleased to announce that the company will be exhibiting at the GPA Midstream Convention 2025 in San Antonio, TX, USA. The convention, which takes place from September 21–24, is one of the industry’s premier events, bringing together technical professionals and decision-makers from across the midstream sector.
At this year’s event, Process Vision will showcase its proven LineVu process camera system, which provides operators with live video insights into high-pressure gas pipelines. Designed to detect liquid carryover and other flow anomalies that Hydrocarbon Dewpoint systems often miss, LineVu helps engineers make better-informed, evidence-based decisions to optimize performance, reduce downtime, disputes and protect valuable assets.
A central theme of Process Vision’s participation at GPA Midstream 2025 will be highlighting the limitations of hydrocarbon dewpoint as a measure of pipeline condition. Hydrocarbon dewpoint alone cannot detect liquid carryover. At multiple sites, LineVu has directly observed liquid contamination in the gas stream, even when the reported hydrocarbon dewpoint (HCDP) was as low as -40 °F. LineVu closes this gap by giving operators direct, real-time visibility into actual conditions.
Visitors will also be able to explore the Discovery System, a portable solution that enables temporary installations of LineVu for liquid carryover studies. The Discovery System provides remote access to a live dashboard, delivering minute-by-minute video and data during short- or long-term surveys. Study results, supported by written reports and review sessions, allow operators to confirm whether liquid carryover is continuous or intermittent giving them the evidence needed to improve financial, safety, and compliance performance.
Spencer Parker, General Manager, North America at Process Vision, commented:
“The GPA Midstream Convention is a vital forum for technical innovation and collaboration. We are excited to meet with operators, engineers, and industry leaders to demonstrate how our technology delivers real-time visibility into pipeline conditions. Whether through permanent LineVu installations or our Discovery System studies, we provide the tools operators need to understand what’s really happening in their pipelines and act with confidence.”
Process Vision’s exhibition team at GPA Midstream 2025 will include Paul Stockwell Managing Director, Spencer Parker General Manager – North America, Harry Thorpe Engineering Manager, and Sheiya Thorpe, Digital Content Producer, who will be available to meet attendees and discuss how LineVu and the Discovery System can transform pipeline operations.
