The Unsung Heroes Recognition Initiative (“the Initiative”) is organised and administered by Process Vision Ltd.
The Initiative exists to recognise and celebrate individuals working within the oil and gas industry whose actions make a positive difference to colleagues, customers, operations, safety, reliability, efficiency and the wider industry.
The Initiative is intended to promote appreciation, visibility and recognition of positive contributions. It is not an employee performance review, professional accreditation programme or formal award scheme.
Nominations may be submitted against one or more of the following categories:
Process Vision reserves the right to allocate nominations to the category it considers most appropriate based on the information provided.
Only nominations received during the published nomination period will be considered.
Process Vision reserves the right to extend, amend or close the nomination period at its discretion.
All valid nominees may be acknowledged as participants in the Initiative.
In addition, one recognised nominee may be selected within each category.

The token of appreciation may take the form of:
Tokens of appreciation are awarded only to the recognised nominee within each category and are not provided to all nominees.
The form, value and method of delivery of any token of appreciation shall be determined by Process Vision.
No cash alternative will be offered unless required by applicable law.
Personal information collected through the Initiative will be used solely for the administration of nominations, judging, communications relating to recognition, and any legitimate marketing communications.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Process Vision’s Privacy Policy.
Nominees are responsible for ensuring that acceptance of any recognition or token of appreciation does not conflict with the policies, contractual obligations or compliance requirements of their employer.
Process Vision accepts no responsibility for restrictions imposed by a nominee’s employer.
As the Initiative is being run as a pilot programme, Process Vision reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Initiative, categories, judging process, recognition structure or associated communications at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Process Vision shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from participation in the Initiative, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
